I attended a DISC seminar by Elgin & it was very informative & engaging! Elgin made it very easy to understand the content & he made learning fun by having great activities to help me pick up the concepts that he was teaching on. From the DISC, Elgin helped me to get a better understanding on how people think & behave. He also gave great practical handles on how to work with people who have different personality types from you. Elgin is a captivating and charismatic trainer. Even with the current online climate, his flair and humor could energise the space I was in.
